All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

Return Policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

  • Clearance items and final sales can't be returned or exchanged. 

  • There is a restocking fee of $10 to process the return.

  • Refunds are allowed within 30 days after your order is delivered.

  • Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags and ribbon, including any hang-tags, attached.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case, the customer can choose another item with a similar price

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • The international customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Kiwiiapparel

EXCLUSIONS

  • A defective item is granted in exchange for the same item without defect and a refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.

  • We don't accept returns for accessories and final sales.
